Fitness apps are some of my favorite apps to search for when you find good ones its almost impossible not to share. I have quite a few but there are 5 that I use on a daily basis that I really love using:
BurnThis – I’ve been using this app for a little over a month now and I absolutely love it. If you are looking for inspiration and motivation to stay or get active the burn this app is perfect offering weekly challenges. Its a very positive and encouraging space think Instagram but only Fitfam. The BurnThis blog is just as amazing featuring interviews with Fitness professionals, a studio directory, and fitness tips.
Tone it Up – If you are a Tone it Up girl and a follower of the very amazing Karena & Katrina the Tone it up app is one of the first apps you check in the morning. Checking in with the community to see how your other TIU sisters are doing, read the latest blog post, or just see what workout from the weekly schedule is posted under sweat for the day. Intervals – If hiit or tabata workouts are your style this intervals app is worth the $2.99 price tag. Customize your intervals with the number of rounds you need and the amount of time to work/ rest between moves or just use the stop watch to see how many rounds you can finish in 12 min.
Charity Miles – Run, Walk, or Bike miles for charity. The Charity Miles app allows you to do good and workout at the same time. Runners and walkers earn 25 cents a mile and bikers earn 10 cents. Create a team with friends and family and donate together choose a charity or donate to multiple. A charity miles team I created last year donated over 2,000 miles to charity.
Lorna Jane – Keep track of your running, walking and cycling with GPS tracking on a map interface that will allow you to see your activity in real-time. Stay motivated and unlock badges when you reach activity milestones.
